Welcome to DCPAS HRPortal Account Registration Site. DCPAS eAuthentication is the system used by DCPAS to enable DoD employees and customers to obtain accounts that will allow them to access the DCPAS HRPortal Web applications and services via the Internet using valid DoD CAC cards. Web applications which includes things such as submitting forms electronically, receiving important documents online, and checking the status of your DCPAS HRPortal account.

Please use the links in the left navigation to register for new account or update your DCPAS eAuthentication access. Also, please take note that DCPAS requires and will only accept DOD CAC card certificates from individuals at this time. Currently DCPAS eAuthentication does not have the mechanism to issue accounts to businesses, corporations or other entities.
